Continental, Halfords and HiQ among the winners at NTDA’s Tyre Industry Awards 2026

The National Tyre Distributors Association presented its annual Tyre Industry Awards, the 13th edition of the current format, during the association’s 97th Annual Dinner at the Eastside Rooms in central Birmingham on 15 October. Long-term supporter of the event Maritime Cargo Services was the headline sponsor, while British Touring Car Championship driver Árón Taylor-Smith presented the awards, having delivered the keynote speech at the Tyre Industry Conference 2026 earlier in the day.
In addition to the awards, judged by a panel of industry experts listed below, the NTDA honoured Continental UK managing director Tracey Mortimer with the NTDA Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Tyre Industry and made John Cooper of Cooper Brothers and Continental’s Steve Howat honorary life members of the association.
