Milton Industries Names Odd Joergenrud President and CEO

Milton Industries, provider of air and fluid flow solutions, tools and accessories for the automotive and industrial markets, announced that Odd Joergenrud has been named president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Greg Carlson, who will remain with the company as executive chairman of the board, focusing on strategic growth and acquisitions.
Joergenrud brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket and industrial sectors across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including roles at Bosch, Terrepower (formerly BBB Industries), and Maxcess International. He has a track record of growth through innovation, operational excellence, and acquisitions, the company said.
“Milton’s strength is rooted in its American heritage, the quality of its products, and the trust it has earned from generations of customers,” said Joergenrud. “That is the foundation of our future. My responsibility is to protect and strengthen those values while investing in the people, products, and capabilities that will define our next chapter.”
“Our customers depend on products that perform and brands they can trust,” Joergenrud added. “Our focus is simple: strengthen our American industrial foundation, support our employees and customers, and build products that stand the test of time.”
Joergenrud said his priority will be listening to Milton’s employees, customers, distributors, and partners.
