CRP Industries Promotes Ryan Stuver to VP of Operations

CRP Industries announced the promotion of Ryan Stuver to vice president of operations.

In his new role, Stuver will lead CRP’s Operations organization, overseeing supply chain, logistics, inventory management, distribution, information technology, and operational excellence initiatives. He will work closely with teams across the company to ensure CRP continues delivering exceptional service, quality, and value to customers, the company said.

Stuver has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to customer success most recently as director of sales for the company’s National Accounts, according to CRP Industries. His unique ability to bring the voice of the customer into operational decision-making will help strengthen CRP’s service levels and organizational performance. As vice president of operations, he will continue aligning operational strategies with customer expectations while driving continuous improvement across the business, the company said.

“Ryan has proven himself to be a strong leader who understands the critical connection between operational excellence and customer satisfaction,” said Dan Schildge, CEO. “His leadership capabilities, customer-first mindset, and ability to build alignment across teams make him the ideal choice to lead our operations organization.”

Supporting CRP’s Growth

Stuver’s promotion is part of a broader organizational evolution designed to strengthen CRP’s executive leadership and position the company for future growth. As customer needs and market dynamics continue to evolve, CRP said it is investing in proven leaders who can drive faster decision-making, stronger customer alignment, and greater cross-functional collaboration. By creating clearer accountability and elevating leaders into expanded roles, CRP added it is strengthening its focus on growth, innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence while building the capabilities needed to deliver long-term value for customers.

“I am honored by this opportunity and excited for the future,” said Stuver. “CRP has an outstanding team and a strong culture. I look forward to working with our teams, customers, and partners to continue improving our operations and supporting the company’s growth.”
