Stivers Automotive Group acquired Kia of Owings Mills in Owings Mills, Maryland, and its related real estate from Asbury Automotive Group Inc. on October 19, 2026. The acquisition gives Stivers its first Kia dealership and entry into the Mid-Atlantic region. For Asbury, the sale is part of its efforts to direct resources toward core operations and expansion opportunities. The Presidio Group, through its wholly owned investment bank, Presidio Merchant Partners LLC, served as Asbury’s exclusive M&A advisor.
