The Jeep Gladiator’s price of admission just took a sizable jump for the 2027 model year, as the lineup no longer includes the entry-level Sport trim. With the old base model gone, the Gladiator lineup now includes the Sport S, Willys, Sahara, Mojave, Mojave X, Rubicon, and Rubicon X trims.
Pricing for the 2027 Gladiator now starts at $45,890 for the Sport S, $50,395 for the Sahara, $51,035 for the Willys, $57,695 for the Rubicon, $58,195 for the Mojave, $65,290 for the Mojave X, and $66,175 for the Rubicon X. The loss of the Sport trim effectively raises the floor of the Gladiator by $4075, with the Mojave trim moving up by $2985. Thankfully, the Sahara is $805 less than before, and the Willys is only up $85, though the Mojave and Rubicon X models are up by $2085 and $2970, respectively.

The most exciting change to the lineup is the addition of factory-installed 35-inch tires through a new limited edition being offered on the Willys, Rubicon, and Rubicon X trims. Fittingly, the larger tires are being offered as part of the 35-inch Tire Launch Edition, which raises the Gladiator’s ground clearance to 12.9 inches and improves the approach, breakover, and departure angles to 46.7, 23.3, and 26.7 degrees, respectively. Jeep told Car and Driver that the larger tires will be BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02s that measure 315/70R-17.
Jeep says the Sport S trim now comes standard with a 7.0-inch instrument cluster, passive entry, all-terrain tires, and a redesigned set of wheels. The Sahara trim gets a standard power dome hood and side steps, while the Rubicon and Mojave add body-color fender flares, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and native navigation as standard features. The X-branded trims now include a standard cargo management package with a power outlet in the bed, a roll-up tonneau cover, lockable and removable rear underseat storage, and a bed-mounted Trail Rail system. The Altitude package is now available on the Sport S and back for the Sahara, while the Mojave gains a Jeep Performance Parts package that adds a selection of Mopar accessories. The 2027 lineup is available to order now, with the new models likely to arrive in the near future.
