Melett and BMTS to Showcase Turbocharger Solutions at Automechanika Shanghai 2026

Precision turbocharger and component supplier Melett has announced it will exhibit alongside parent company BMTS Technology at Automechanika Shanghai 2026. Taking place on 2–5 December at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (Shanghai), the joint presence on stand 2.1J60 aims to highlight the companies’ combined capabilities in supporting the global automotive aftermarket.
Following their initial joint exhibition at Automechanika Frankfurt in September, the Shanghai event provides a strategic platform to connect with distributors, customers, and industry partners across Asia and international markets. With internal combustion and hybrid powertrains remaining central to global automotive fleets, demand for high-specification replacement parts and technical support continues to grow.
Melett will showcase its extensive portfolio of precision-engineered turbocharger components, designed to assist independent repair workshops, large-scale remanufacturers, and original equipment (OE) aftermarket programmes. Operating under ISO 9001:2015 certification, the firm applies stringent quality controls and testing procedures to ensure accurate fitment and reduce warranty claims.
Darren Johnson, group sales director at Melett, highlighted the strategic importance of the Asian market. He said: “Building on our joint appearance in Frankfurt, we’re looking forward to exhibiting alongside BMTS and showing how our complementary expertise can support customers across the global aftermarket.
“We’re keen to hear about the challenges facing turbocharger repair specialists in different markets and demonstrate how our commitment to quality, engineering excellence and technical support helps them deliver reliable repairs.”
As Automechanika Shanghai gathers key stakeholders from across the global supply chain, Melett and BMTS plan to leverage the trade fair to strengthen existing commercial relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and align their product development with the evolving requirements of the global turbocharger repair sector.
