Citira expands UK commercial network into London and South East with G&S Tyres acquisition

International tyre and service operator Citira has acquired G&S Tyres Ltd in a strategic expansion of its UK commercial service network into London and the South-East of England. The deal adds a state-of-the-art retreading facility in East London to Citira’s growing footprint – G&S joined the Marangoni Ringtread Network in 2023 having been an established Bandag franchisee for 30 years beforehand. The acquisition represents the next step in establishing a national UK presence, following Citira’s entry into the UK market earlier this year through the Tyrefix Group and its subsequent acquisition of Redpath Tyres in Scotland.
