1stMILE Debuts EV Fast-Charging Program at SEMA Show

1stMILE announced 1stMILE EV Charging, a turnkey Level 3 fast-charging program for multi-location tire dealers and independent automotive repair shops. The program debuts at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas at EV booth 24713 in Central Hall.
1stMILE EV Charging Program Details
1stMILE covers hardware, permitting, installation and maintenance with no upfront costs to shops. Participating shops receive a share of charging revenue that increases with charger utilization. Typical charging sessions bring a vehicle to 80% in 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the vehicle.
“EV drivers need two things: a fast, reliable charge and a shop they can trust with their vehicle,” said Kyle Lindor, VP of EV Charging at 1stMILE. “Until now, most shops couldn’t offer the first, so those drivers rarely had a reason to discover the second. EV charging changes that. It brings new drivers onto the lot, gives service teams time to build a relationship, and turns every charge into a chance to earn a customer for life.”
Additional 1stMILE Services
According to the company, EV charging extends its focus on supporting shops beyond the payment transaction. 1stMILE also offers financing options intended to help shops secure larger jobs and a loyalty program aimed at encouraging return visits.
