Autel Demonstrates ALLDATA Integration at SEMA

Autel U.S. has partnered with ALLDATA to integrate OEM repair information into its MaxiSYS diagnostic software on MaxiSYS Ultra S2 and Ultra series tablets. The integration allows technicians to move directly from a vehicle fault code to corresponding ALLDATA Repair diagnostic information. It brings scan results and OEM procedures together on one screen.
Supported models include the MaxiSYS Ultra S2, MS919 S2 and MS909 S2, as well as the MaxiSYS Ultra, MS919, MS909, Ultra ADAS and Ultra EV.
ALLDATA provides original diagnostic and repair information supplied by vehicle manufacturers and is trusted by more than 400,000 technicians. ALLDATA Repair covers more than 44,000 engine-specific vehicles, representing approximately 95% of vehicles on the road. Its resources include OEM repair procedures, diagnostic flow charts, technical service bulletins, component locations, specifications and wiring diagrams.
“Our partnership with Autel is another step toward creating a more connected diagnostic experience for technicians, when vehicles complexity is increasing,” said Satwinder Mangat, president of ALLDATA. “Bringing ALLDATA’s trusted OEM repair information into the diagnostic workflow helps technicians access the OEM information they need when and where they need it.”
OEM Repair Information and Diagnostic Workflow
The integration connects ALLDATA’s repair information with Autel’s diagnostic capabilities at the vehicle. From a fault code displayed in MaxiSYS, technicians can open associated ALLDATA information for the selected vehicle. This includes OEM code descriptions, detection criteria, possible causes and diagnostic procedures.
A split-screen view displays MaxiSYS diagnostic results alongside ALLDATA. Technicians can consult factory instructions while keeping the fault code visible.
Technicians can also follow ALLDATA links to related testing, removal and installation procedures, illustrations and service precautions. The integration carries vehicle and fault-code information into the repair workflow, reducing the need for separate searches. It is designed to help technicians move efficiently from diagnosis to repair.
The integration also provides access to ALLDATA Diagnostic Intelligence, the company’s newest solution. It combines OEM repair information, real-world repair intelligence and AI-assisted insights in one diagnostic workflow.
“Finding a fault code is only the beginning. The next step is knowing how to test the system, identify the cause, and perform the repair correctly,” said Chloe Hung, CEO of Autel U.S. “Connecting MaxiSYS diagnostics with ALLDATA’s OEM repair information gives technicians a direct path to those answers, right on the tablet they are already using at the vehicle.”
Integration Availability and Trade Show Demonstrations
The integration became available Nov. 1. Existing ALLDATA Repair subscribers can access it using their current accounts.
Demonstrations are scheduled at the following trade show locations:
- SEMA Show: South Hall Lower, Booth 44175; South Hall Upper, Booth 38179
- AAPEX: Booth V5052
The integration supports shop diagnostics, automotive repair and tire maintenance workflows by streamlining access to OEM procedures at the point of scan. It is intended to help technicians align diagnosis with factory specifications and service precautions.
