These Are the Bestselling Electric Pickup Trucks

If you feel like you see Cybertrucks everywhere you go, that’s not just because their distinctive styling makes them stand out on the road. Tesla has sold quite a few pickup trucks in the past few years, which may seem surprising given the Cybertruck’s polarizing design and numerous recalls early in its production run. Tesla started selling the Cybertruck in 2024, and that was the strongest year of sales, suggesting that eager early adopters made up much of the early run of 38,965 units sold that year. Sales declined to around 20,000 units in 2025, and through the third quarter of 2026 Tesla has moved an estimated 11,586 units.
